From the North - OR-99
Take OR-99 south through Ashland. Make a left turn on S Mountain Ave and then turn right onto Iowa Street. Our Ashland location is located on the right side of the street in the middle of the block between S Mountain Ave and Palm Ave.
From the North - I-5
Take I-5 south toward Ashland and get off at exit 19. Turn right onto S Valley View Road and then turn left onto Eagle Mill Road. At the Oak Street folk, continue on Eagle Mill Road. Turn right onto N Mountain Ave. At the E Nevada Street folk, turn right to continue on N Mountain Ave. N Mountain Ave will become S Mountain Ave. Turn left onto Iowa Street, and the practice will be on your right.
From the south
To get to our office from south of Ashland, take the I-5 North and then take exit 11 to OR-99 north. Turn right on S Mountain Ave and make another quick right onto Iowa Street.
