Dr. Alison Revling knew she wanted to be a dentist even as far back as when she was in the 5th grade! She, herself, had her fair share of dental and orthodontic work as a kid and knows how important a healthy, happy smile is for children. Her favorite aspect of pediatric dentistry is coaching children and parents to overcome their dental fears and restore healthy smiles.
Dr. Alison was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She grew up as a competitive figure skater and skated on a synchronized skating team. Before earning her D.D.S., she coached figure skating and found her passion for working with children and their families. Her favorite figure skater is Michelle Kwan.
Following her childhood dream to become a dentist, she first earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and then earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. After graduating with Pediatric Honors from UMKC School of Dentistry, she and her husband, Bryce, packed up the Subaru and moved to Bend.
Dr. Alison believes it is important to give back to the community here in Central Oregon. She volunteers her time and talent with the Medical Teams International Mobile Dental Clinic, providing dental care to our underserved community. She also volunteers with Healthy Beginnings, providing early childhood dental screenings and parent education.
Dr. Alison enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their fur baby, Fuego. She loves to ski, hike, white water kayak, and travel.
