Take US-97 south to SW Reed Market Road. Then take exit 139 for Reed Market Road toward Old Mill District. Turn left onto SW Reed Market Road, then right onto SW Division Street. Turn right onto SE 3rd St/S Hwy 97, and the practice will be on the right.
From Southwest Bend
Head east on Mahogany St toward Garnet St. Turn left onto Lodgepole Dr. Turn right onto Brookswood Blvd. At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Brookswood Blvd. At the next traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Powers Rd. Turn left onto S Hwy 97. In half a mile, the practice will be on the left.
